North Sydney has a low violent crime rate and a low property crime rate for Sydney.
North Sydney is the less famous sibling of Sydney proper. Located just north of the Sydney Harbour, this is a minified version of the CBD, replete with office towers and shiny condos.
But there's more to it than that, of course.
In its center you'll find good shopping and a range of dining options, from Middle Eastern cuisine to Spanish tapas and Italian food. Outside its commercial core are restored Victorian terraces and local pubs.
You're walking distance to some of the beautiful adjacent neighborhoods, parks, and the iconic Luna Park. This is a popular neighborhood for young professionals working here or in the CBD.
North Sydney is bordered on the north by Crows Nest and Cammeray, on the east by Neutral Bay, on the south by Kirribilli, Milsons Point, Lavender Bay, and McMahons Point, and on the west by Waverton.
